Carving Knives

With long and slender blades these knives are designed to cut even slices through cooked meat, some are bevelled and or serrated. These knives are also good for cutting cakes and breads. The forks have long prongs and often a protective guard to stop the knife sliding up to the hand.

Blades between 15cm/8in to 30cm/12in.
