The complete Cookbook

The book has pride of place in my kitchen. As a non-professional cook I am amazed at the consistent high standard of food I am able to produce from using it. The variety of recipes contained within is astounding and when I am at a loss for ideas I can always find something interesting to fit in with the rest of my meal plan.
